Pursuant to our Terms of Services, our Services are not intended to process personal information about individuals other than you and you shall not input personal information from other individuals than you through our Services without obtaining all necessary consents in a verifiable manner.

Credit card number (last 4 digits), email address, name, postal code, country.Any payments made via our Services are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our Services, but we may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).
We collect this information from our third party payment processor, Stripe, when you purchase Browse AI services such as an extracting and monitoring subscription plan. This information allows us to calculate any sales tax due in your country, to send you an invoice, to detect fraudulent credit card transactions and to communicate with you regarding your purchase.

Please note that we may also collect and use your information for any other purpose permitted or required by law. We may also generate anonymized or aggregated information, which we use for our business or product purposes at our sole discretion. This is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us in algorithms and services and contributing to improving our services.
We do not retain your information obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

We may share your information to our authorized third party service providers providing us services such as payment processing, website hosting, marketing, recruitment or data storage. We limit the information provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions, and our contracts with them require them to maintain the confidentiality of such information in compliance with applicable laws.
Some service providers we use in the course of our activities include Amazon Web Services (cloud services), Auth0 (user authentication services), Close.com (CRM software), Stripe (payment processing services), and Segment (customer data platform).
We may share your information to our legal, financial, accounting or other consultants to the extent necessary to operate our business and comply with applicable laws.
We may receive requests by authorities to access your information. We will validate that the request is licit before responding. When possible, we will advise you. We will only share what is strictly required.
We may share your information with an acquirer, successor or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.
Browse AI does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of showing you behavioral advertisements across different contexts, such as across different websites or apps. Our use of your information for advertising purposes, if any, is limited to contextual advertising based on your current use of our Services.
Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, or subject to applicable laws, we do not disclose any information to third parties.
We are based in the province of British Columbia, Canada. Your information may be held at our offices and accessed by our employees and full-time contractors, and those of our third-party service providers, and professional advisors (i.e., Canada, United States) as described above. Some of these third parties may be based or share your information outside of your region. By submitting information to us, you consent to the communication of your information to, and the storage of that information, outside of your region. While such information is outside of your region, it is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is held, and may be subject to disclosure to the governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies of such other jurisdictions pursuant to local laws. However, our practices regarding your information will at all times continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, we comply with legal requirements providing adequate protection for the transfer of information to third countries. For example, if you are in the European Union, we are required to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place prior to transferring your information out of the European Union, and we do so through standard contractual clauses or through other safeguards when they are available.

However, information transmitted on the Internet and/or stored on systems attached to the Internet is not 100% secure, and no security can provide absolute protection. As a result, we do not ensure, warrant or guarantee the security or integrity of such information.
We retain your information only for as long as is necessary for us to fulfill the relevant purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and to comply with our legal obligations. If you want to delete your Browse AI account, you can go to the section “Account Settings” of your profile and click on the option “Delete your account.”

Under certain circumstances and subject to applicable data protection laws, supported by a written request and proof of identification, you may consult the personal information that we have collected, used or shared, and/or ask that it be corrected, and/or withdraw your consent to our disclosure or use of personal information collected.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14 on our Services. If at any time you wish to stop receiving communications from us, we include an unsubscribe mechanism in all of our emails or you can contact us as set forth in the section below “How to contact us?” We offer you the option to manage your subscription preferences to select which kind of communication you do not want to receive (e.g., notification emails related to your account activity and educational, product updates and promotional emails).
For Browse AI account holders, you can also go to the section “Account Settings” of your profile to unselect the option “I’d like to receive product updates” in order to unsubscribe from product update newsletters.
Please keep in mind that if you choose to unsubscribe from all Browse AI communications, you may continue to receive transactional or account communications related to your subscription plan or other services that you have requested on our Apps.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, Browse AI has not sold personal information, or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Verifiable Consumer Requests
Your verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected information and describe your request in sufficient detail that allows us to properly respond to it. We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity and confirm that the information relates to you.
Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. To designate an authorized agent, please contact us via the methods noted above. If you are a California resident, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf only if: (1) the authorized agent is a natural person or a business entity registered with the Secretary of State of California; and (2) you sign a written declaration that you authorize the authorized agent to act on your behalf. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
